PYRATはPIRATE(パイレート/海賊）の古い英語表記．ボトルは，大昔海賊が使用したラムの入れ物を想定してつくられている．ボトルにある絵は禅の聖人で，占い師とバーテンダーを守る飲食の守護神と言われている．単式蒸留機にこだわり，豊かで香り高い仕上がりになっている．
